We are looking for a talented, data-driven individual to join our team as a Data Analyst supporting the delivery of energy efficiency programs across our Michigan utility portfolio. Requirements
- Data-driven individual
- Skilled at managing program and portfolio data
- Conduct complex analysis that drives measurable results for energy efficiency programs
- Experienced building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards
- Comfortable fielding ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders
- Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Proven ability to prioritize independently
- Detail-oriented about data integrity

Nice To Haves
- 2+ years experience working in a Data Analysis role
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM/program tracking platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis that drives measurable results for energy efficiency programs.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs and give Program Managers the visibility they need to hit goals.
- Field ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders — internal teams, field staff, business development, and clients — without losing sight of scheduled deliverables.
- Prioritize independently, balancing recurring reporting commitments against urgent ad-hoc requests in a fast-moving environment.
- Ensure data integrity, applying best practices for accuracy, completeness, and security across all program data.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Support and Program Management to align on priorities and troubleshoot program delivery challenges together.
- Dig into the data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that support broader portfolio goals.
- Take ownership of process or IT-related projects when they intersect with data and reporting needs.
- Take on related work as priorities shift across a growing program portfolio.
