The Operations Analyst is responsible for the gathering, tracking and analysis of financial and operational/maintenance data and converting that data into useful management information. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: O&M budget performance (actual versus plan with variance explanations). Annual budget preparations (Hyperion). - System availability (downtime). Employee performance (overtime, days off, etc.). Incident tracking (safety, environmental, regulatory, compliance). Identifying ways to spend more efficiently Assisting in reviewing rate sheets to invoices Coordinating the integration of redlines into design services and tracking the progress Ensuring the MOCs are moving forward for Maintenance activities Equipment performance (failures). Management information will be in the form of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to corporate and field management. Special projects and reports.
