About The Position

As an Operations Analyst, you will be part of our Product Service Division team, working as a remote employee in Maryland. You will be responsible for designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, supporting the planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, and delivering training and guidance to team members on operational processes and best practices. Additionally, you will develop and maintain efficient workflows to support operational outcomes and informed decision-making, enhance internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools, and best practices, conduct financial analysis and prepare regular reports, and manage and optimize order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI.
Experience with SAP/TCIC systems.
Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
