About The Position

The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders. This role supports daily predictive orders, identifies opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency, and develops and executes the use of template operational dashboards and reports. The Operations Analyst will also support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency
• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports
