About The Position

At Bank of America, the Operations Analyst analyzes day-to-day issues, researches them, and provides resolutions for issues identified within a business unit. The role supports defined procedures, routine analytics, reporting, and exception processing. It focuses on the timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital, including due diligence, preparation and execution of lien release documentation, client communications, and updates to the system of record. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling is preferred. Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.

Requirements

Knowledge of leasing documentation and credit structures.
Experience preparing Bills of Sale, Powers of Attorney, Lien Release Letters, UCC terminations, or other collateral documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
Well organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling.
Experience with LMS or Alfa.
Experience releasing titles.
Experience with Dealflo.

Responsibilities

Timely and accurately release motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
Conduct due diligence using the system of record (SOR) and vendor portals.
Accurately prepare lien release documentation, execute signing and notarization, and communicate with internal and external clients.
Update the System of Record (SOR) with release status for tracking purposes.
Support defined procedures, routine analytics, reporting, and exception processing.
