TRISTAR is seeking two dedicated Operations Analysts to join our team in supporting our government customer at NSWC Crane. These in-person positions are based on the base, requiring a commitment of five days a week. Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Navy experience is a plus.
- CAMP or PMP is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics
- Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.
- Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests
- Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.
- Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.
- Review documents for proper formatting.
