About The Position

The Operations Analyst II serves as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
  • 10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions, and in the application of information technology.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks special duty and ad hoc actions
  • Coordinates facilities management
  • Submits work orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services
  • Tracks and manages internal communications and workflows using SharePoint or other designated systems
  • Prepares documentation to support equipment purchases and management
  • Verifies security clearances, provides security access badges, provides Security Management Organization (SMO) code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS) (formerly Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)), and coordinates and provides escort duties
  • Participates in recurring meetings
  • Submits requests or tickets for service
  • Writes and updates scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness
  • Prepares quarterly/annual reports
  • Works with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) IAW AR 5-18 quarterly, and updates the stationing plan if/when there is a growth to the organization
  • Participates in IPTs and coordination meetings and attends and coordinates all high-visibility visits by conducting tasks such as scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audiovisual support, and printing briefing packages
  • Coordinates and aligns meetings, preparing meeting minutes
  • Develops materials or presents training for professional development
