This is a Computer Support Tech I - Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Business Technology Office, Solutions Support Unit. The incumbent serves as the liaison between telecom vendors and GTA on purchases and issues with cellular devices. The incumbent also monitors and tracks the agencies issued cell phones and air cards assigned to program personnel, serves as gatekeeper for all VPN accounts for GTA by requesting accounts and maintains records of accounts, and monitors terminations by monthly reports to submit removal of accounts and track the return of cellular equipment. The incumbent will assist in making travel arrangements and preparing travel reimbursement in the Statewide Travel Management System for Solution Support staff. The incumbent will also be performing administrative functions in support of the Manager, such as developing agendas, creating reports, and time management.
