About The Position

Nor-Cal Controls is seeking an Operations Analyst II - Supply Chain to analyze and audit business process workflows and related data for its production supply chain, and to develop and execute implementation plans. The role offers a starting salary of $86,000–$110,000 annually and may be performed in-office or in a hybrid arrangement. During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will gain a thorough understanding of Nor-Cal Controls' business operations, processes, and procedures; identify process-improvement opportunities in the production supply chain; and meet the company's core values. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in operations, change management, analytics, auditing, or quality.
5–7 years of ERP or process-flow software experience.
Strong software skills, including advanced proficiency in Adobe/PDF, Excel, and Word.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or computer science.
Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar certification.
Experience with QuickBooks, Oracle, or other inventory-management or accounting software.
