About The Position

Researches and analyzes problems, policies, services, and systems in order to correct issues and make recommendations to management for enhancements and best practices. Analyzing may be done to resolve issues, keep pace with the market place, and ensure compliance with government regulations or to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Accounting principles
  • organizational skills
  • Basic banking practices
  • knowledge of bank products, services and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC skills in a Windows environment to include Word/Excel

Responsibilities

  • Research and document operational and systematic issues/problems as they occur in the daily workflow, taking necessary steps to correct such problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform special projects as required by management.
  • Represent the bank with technology providers to resolve problems and request enhancements. Organize and retrieve information as required.
  • Research and evaluate products and services relative to operating procedures and system functionality in order to make recommendations for consideration by management.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and various user departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
