About The Position

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and currently building a pipeline of December 2026 Spring/Summer 2027 graduates interested in starting their careers here at SEI. Our primary objective is to provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administration support for our clients, which include a wide range of investment funds, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investments. By applying to this role, you will be considered for a range of entry-level roles across various departments. These are entry level positions, where training and support will be provided.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and the aim to complete multiple client objectives in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
  • Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
  • SEI is not hiring individuals who require sponsorship for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administration support for clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investments.
  • Act as a Fund Accountant for Alternative Investment Funds.
  • Serve as an Operations Analyst for AIFS Investor Services.
  • Function as a Fund Accountant for Investment Fund Services.
  • Work as an Operations Analyst for Institutional Private Client.
  • Perform Operations Analyst duties for Reconciliation.
  • Act as an Operations Analyst for Enhanced Middle Office (Bank Debt).
