Front’s GTM Systems team is building production-grade agentic systems that change how go-to-market teams operate — not chatbots, not demos, and not single-step automations. In this contract role, you’ll design and ship multi-step AI workflows that integrate with real business systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, Workato, Okta) and support real users across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy build role. You’ll partner directly with the GTM Systems Director, own the agent architecture end-to-end, and bring real production experience to every design decision — including reliability, failure modes, observability, security, and iteration after launch. Strong performers will be considered for full-time.
