Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years in financial operations, collections, or administrative support
  • Prior experience with cash handling and deposit security protocols
  • Experience coordinating with branch or field teams
  • Ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills
  • Must fully understand customer service and have a proven track record of exceeding corporate customer satisfaction standard

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth adoption and reduced headquarter deposit volume
  • Ensure secure handling and deposit of cash dropped at headquarter
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding collections issues.
  • Maintain organized tracking of internal collection activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure proper controls of process, accelerate job progress and reduce delays.
  • Manage AP/AR reconciliation, including processing change orders, customer service credits, and agreement cancelations
