About The Position

Under the direction of the Division Manager or designee, the Operations Administrator provides administrative assistance to Regional Manager, Division Manager, and other divisional staff, including typing, filing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have three (3) or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience in an Administrative role with a good work history.
  • Must demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must exhibit strong typing skills including speed and accuracy.
  • Must exhibit excellent organizational and math skills, above average verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and coordinating customer complaints through the CAF system.
  • Acting as insurance liaison for bargained-for and admin personnel.
  • Coordinating bargained-for uniform allotments.
  • Serving as backup support for Payroll and assisting Safety as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or required.
