Requirements

  • Accurate, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing each task right the first time (DIRTFT).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • General knowledge of Eclipse and SWMS.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and skilled at solving problems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.

  • Experience with warehouse processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of monthly North Coast Branch Scorecard goals.
  • Process customer billings and credits accurately and in compliance with company requirements.
  • Review freight reports and bill incoming and outgoing freight accurately and promptly.
  • Manage the cash box journal, apply payments to customer accounts, and deposit received checks.
  • Review monthly aging will-call reports for compliance.
  • Review and process returned goods.
  • Research and resolve transfer discrepancies.
  • File, track, and resolve carrier and vendor freight claims and discrepancies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing and document retention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
