About The Position

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, clerical work, or a related field. Experience in a dock operations environment or distribution center setting is preferred. The position involves general business skills such as typing, data entry and review, and the use of office equipment like phones, copiers, and fax machines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications is necessary. Strong customer service, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential for effectively handling various tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to meet daily assignments and goals. Minimal travel is required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years customer service, clerical or related experience required
  • General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
  • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests
  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
