About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, help them choose vehicles and rental add-ons, and support them throughout the rental process. You also help maintain vehicle readiness, manage inventory and service coordination, and keep fleet vehicles clean, checked, and positioned for rental or disposal. The role involves maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other teams to support daily operations and planning. The listed rate is $24.50 per hour. The position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to perform against incentives.
• Customer service background and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while pursuing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
