About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by providing customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You interact with customers face-to-face, guide them through vehicle options and rental add-ons, and help ensure rental experiences are smooth and efficient. You also support vehicle readiness and movement, maintain accurate operational records, and collaborate with other teams. The role pays $24.50 per hour and offers flexible hours and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Persuasive, confident sales and communication skills, with motivation to work toward performance-based incentives.
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt quickly to internal systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, service-partner coordination, and vehicle preparation for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
