Dungarvin is a national provider of support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with mental health, behavioral, and complex medical needs. Since 1976, the organization has been committed to enhancing the quality of life for these individuals, guided by a mission of respecting and responding to their choices. Operating across fifteen states, Dungarvin delivers flexible, high-quality services tailored to each individual’s goals, values, and aspirations through Medicaid and Community Support Waivers. The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of overall programs serving persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis, medical needs, and/or persons on the Autism Spectrum in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. This full-time organizational position involves a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties. The OPD's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, individual, and staff needs, and the OPD is on-call at all times unless prior arrangements are made. Key responsibilities include ensuring all direct service shifts are filled by adequately oriented and trained staff, with the understanding that OPDs may occasionally work direct service shifts, typically not exceeding 16 hours per week without supervisor notification.
