Operational Excellence Administrative Internship- Summer 2027
About The Position
RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad. As an Operational Excellence Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success and Support initiatives. Agile product development and delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will collaborate cross departmentally with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to develop practical skills in delivery coordination, facilitation, communication, risk management, and continuous improvement. Your participation in delivery planning, Agile ceremonies, and process implementation will progressively increase as your capability, judgment, and independence increase.
Requirements
- Interest in process improvement
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Triage and report on shared Customer email accounts
- Create and send Statements of Work and Change Orders
- Maintain systems data quality
- Conduct project reviews
- Conduct time entry reviews
- SharePoint site document management
