About The Position

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad. As an Operational Excellence Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success and Support initiatives. Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
Curious, strong communicators, and motivated to take ownership of their work.
