About The Position

This position involves working in a cold environment (32-48 degrees Fahrenheit) under the direct supervision of a Team Leader. The role requires performing production-related functions, basic maintenance duties, and assisting with plant cleanups. It emphasizes teamwork, adherence to plant policies, safety regulations, and industrial hygiene. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with Kraft Heinz Safety Policies & Procedures and QRMP standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work overtime as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Positions involve lifting, bending, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
• Perform production-related functions as assigned.
• Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
• Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
• Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations.
• Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
• Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.
• Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
• Accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO, QRMP accountability document.
