About The Position

This position involves performing production-related functions and basic maintenance duties under the direct supervision of a Team Leader. The role requires working in a cold environment (32-48 degrees Fahrenheit) and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities include learning standard cleaning methods, assisting with plant cleanups, and adhering to all plant policies, safety regulations, and industrial hygiene regulations. The position also requires sharing ideas and concerns with the team and performing other duties as directed by the operation or Team Leader. Compliance with Kraft Heinz Safety Policies & Procedures and QRMP standards is mandatory.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work overtime as necessary.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
Perform production-related functions as assigned.
Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations.
Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.
Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
Accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO, QRMP accountability document.
