Operational oversight
Business management
KPI accountability
Servicing customers alongside Truck Team Members
Sales leadership, helping truck team members sell services
Running routes for the franchise’s Truck Team Members to ensure on-time service
Entering data for daily books/cash reconciliation and certain operational tasks
Conducting morning meetings including reviewing sales numbers, coaching, and role plays
