This is a part-time hybrid position, based in Escondido, CA. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, be able to work from home, and come into the office on designated in-office days. The role offers hands-on experience in IT Operations / Production Support, exposure to real-world data processing and system workflows, mentorship from experienced IT professionals, and the opportunity to build technical and automation skills. Requirements

Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of systems, data, or networking concepts
Clear communication skills and ability to follow processes
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and checklists
Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset
Must be able to meet all ARS Work from Home requirements and expectations.
Must possess self-motivation and be self-disciplined to complete necessary job duties and pro-actively seek all necessary information.
Must be able to effectively and efficiently use all forms of communication as appropriate (video calls, telephone, e-mail, instant messaging).
Must have reliable and secure equipment and services (i.e., high-speed internet, electricity).
Must be able to set and meet established deadlines and commitments on a regular basis.
