About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Operations Intern to join our team and support our HR and People Operations functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, ora related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting creation and distribution across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and organize HR records and databases (e.g., employee files, HRIS data).
  • Assist in collecting and updating Job Descriptions
  • Employee Relations: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), wellness programs, or other HR initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Support compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis as required.
  • Assist in updating policies and state specific regulations in company Handbook.
  • Other activities assigned by the company.
