Requirements

College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience
5 years of relevant experience
Experience in personnel supervision (or Team management experience)
Knowledge of compressed air systems is a major asset
Knowledge of piping systems is an asset
General knowledge of information technology (IT)

Responsibilities

Supervises the shipping and receiving clerk team
Coordinates and assigns tasks to team members
Prioritizes various tasks and requests
Proficient in Power Pick Global software and Kardex Shuttle systems
Oversees the placement of received goods into appropriate warehouse sections (compressors, dryers, motors, pumps, and oils)
Supervises the setup and installation of compressors and dryers for testing, modification, or shipping purposes
Oversees the preparation and packaging of goods for shipment (including the construction of wooden pallets)
Supervises the movement of parts and/or materials required for modifications or maintenance
Oversees the preparation and shipping of materials for trade shows
Performs goods receiving within the SAP system
Collects and labels parts under warranty
Requests transportation quotes and schedules carriers as needed
Supervises activities related to the annual physical inventory
Oversees long-term storage and effectively coordinates stock rotation
Develops and improves ISO policies and procedures regarding procurement and inventory management
Prepares monthly reports on minimum supply levels and other reports as requested by the Director
All other related tasks
