About The Position

The BOSH Supervisor will support the BOSH Team and by extension our Customers via offering real-time support and development to the BOSH Team. In addition to supporting the BOSH Team, the Supervisor will interface with other departments, such as Customer Service, Verifications, FIS and EFG. In the Role Effectively supervise the BOSH team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets) - SQL competency strongly preferred Strong planning and efficient follow up Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible Appropriately communicate with leadership and stakeholders Conduct monthly development plans and deliver detailed feedback conversations for performance improvement. Daily and monthly review of team member metrics and stats. Provide coaching, direction, training, counseling and support for team members as needed. Establish accountability cadence to ensure team members meet or exceed individual and support efforts to meet or exceed team goals. Help produce daily worklists and properly track production Assess, evaluate and make recommendations regarding capacity, work lists and procedures Become competent and maintain proficiency with departmental systems, policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School / GED Diploma
  • 1 year of supervisory experience or a minimum of 4 years of back-office customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to coach, develop and lead BOSH team members
  • A high degree of self-management to successfully prioritize workflow and apply strategic techniques to identify process improvements.
  • Interpretation of procedures and instructions to choose the best resolution alternative.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL competency strongly preferred
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Back Office banking experience
