We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analyst should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Salesforce product knowledge and 1-3 years hands-on analyst experience within Salesforce
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, embracing change and helping others see it as an opportunity and stay focused on goals while adapting to change
  • Comfortable with raising questions, issues, ideas or suggestions to co-workers at all levels across all organizations
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written and training, along with excellent presentation skills
  • Works well with larger groups from a wide range of organizations, as well as reporting out to senior executives
  • Fluent Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in uncertain and/ or ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor Degree with 3 years project management experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 4 years project management experience OR 8 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute – PMBOK).

Responsibilities

  • Create user trainings and presenting training materials
  • Leading end user office hours/support meetings to ensure continued education of the platform is occurring
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Managing user support tickets
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders, ranging across all areas of the business
  • Leading business level user acceptance testing in multiple platform environments
  • Understanding of Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures
  • Experience in negotiations, influence others and managing conflicts
  • Leadership skills, including meeting facilitation
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to influence (direct / indirect reports, project stakeholders, and leaders), and manage in a matrix organization
