About The Position

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. They assist the Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor in maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels while contributing to the safe and efficient production of consistently high-quality products according to the production plan and customer requirements as an operator. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate heavy machinery.
• Must be able to have access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
• Criminal history review is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor in maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels.
• Contributing to the safe and efficient production of consistently high-quality products according to the production plan and customer requirements as an operator.
• Performing various manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
• Contact with other employees.
