About The Position

ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. The role is part of a collaborative team delivering surgical care in a fast-paced environment. Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital are described as part of a nationally recognized health system and ChristianaCare is identified as the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore. This is a full-time/flex position scheduled for 72 hours every two weeks, typically on day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., four days per week. The schedule includes holiday coverage, one weekend every four weeks, and trauma call once per month. The posting also lists PRN coverage of two to three shifts per month. The position offers an hourly pay range of $42.11–$67.37. Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months. Requirements

Current RN licensure is required.
Operating Room Registered Nurse experience is required.
A BSN is required, or the employee must dedicate themselves to acquiring one within three years of the hire date.
