About The Position
We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in an operating room setting and support a range of specialty services, including podiatry, cardiac, and general surgery. The role also involves assisting with pain management and supporting labor and delivery procedures, including C-sections. Shifts are either 8-hour days from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 10-hour days on varying schedules across four days per week. Candidates may choose their preferred shift after starting. The position includes call responsibilities, primarily for obstetrical C-sections, with a 30-minute callback time. Scrubs are provided. The electronic medical record system is CPSI-Evident, with PeriGen used for obstetrical records. The position is located in City, State; local hotels and rentals in nearby towns are available.
Requirements
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Valid RN license in Kansas or a Multistate license.
- Strong background in critical access hospitals (CAH).
- Ability to take 10–14 call days per month with a 30-minute callback time.
