About The Position
We’re hiring an Operating Room RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and surgical specialty growth in a high-performing hospital system. You’ll step into an acute care role focused on circulating multispecialty surgical cases in a fast-paced operating room environment where precision, teamwork, and patient safety are the priority. You’ll work alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver exceptional perioperative care.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
- Comfortable circulating surgical cases
- Strong sterile technique and OR workflow knowledge
- Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Responsibilities
- Circulating multispecialty surgical cases
- Delivering exceptional perioperative care
- Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
