About The Position

Creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the OR. Responsibilities: Cleans OR surgical suites and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing linens and sanitizing all surfaces. Assist nurse with providing basic patient care. Assist with moving surgical equipment. Stocks supplies in surgical suites as necessary or designated.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS American Heart RQI E-Card (BLS AHA-RQI ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE)
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS)
• Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision with a positive disposition.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• No prior work experience required.
