About The Position

The Operating Partner leads a team of Family Members and manages the performance and operations of the restaurant. The role leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions, and works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans. The position also oversees restaurant performance, safety, customer relationships, and the rollout of company initiatives.

Requirements

• Key skills: budgeting, recruiting, coaching, restaurant operations, food safety, presentation skills, and labor law compliance.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss, including cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attract and retain talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintain restaurant safety protocols by promoting food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creating a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints.
• Lead rollout and adoption of change initiatives, including new products, systems, company campaigns, and strategies.
