About The Position

The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions. This position is based in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• Key skills: budgeting, recruiting, coaching, restaurant operations, food safety, presentation skills, and labor law compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, including financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols by promoting food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creating a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Leads the rollout and adoption of change initiatives, including new products, systems, company campaigns, and strategies.
