The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining crushing and wash-plant equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience operating crushing, screening, or wash-plant equipment preferred
- Ability to operate skid-steer and man-lift equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Highschool graduate or GED.
Responsibilities
- Operate crushing, screen, and wash-plant equipment
- Monitor plant performance and adjust settings as needed
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and report equipment concerns
- Conduct daily housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete production and equipment reports
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
