Requirements

  • Strong experience with OpenText xPression or Exstream (mandatory)
  • Experience integrating CCM tools with Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and integration development
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Experience with code profiling, troubleshooting, and automated testing
  • Ability to make design-level technical decisions
  • Experience working with remote/global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate OpenText xPression / Exstream with Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Collaborate with business and system stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop and implement API services (REST/SOAP) and microservices
  • Ensure adherence to coding best practices and take design-level decisions
  • Develop, test, and maintain document templates, forms, and communication workflows
  • Perform code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; ensure high-quality code and performance
  • Develop unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines
  • Work with databases and SQL for data integration and processing
  • Continuously improve solution design and technical approaches
