About The Position

The Open House / Broker Tour Host is responsible for facilitating open house events for properties listed for sale. You will create a welcoming and informative environment for potential buyers, showcase the property's features, and gather valuable feedback for the listing agent. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Requirements

• California Real Estate Salesperson License
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly responsive with communications to both clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills
• Good judgment and the ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to act professionally in a collegial environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate leads (interested or potential buyers of that home or other homes) for DeLeon Realty.
• Maintain accurate records of open house attendance, feedback, and any follow-up actions required.
• Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork related to open house events and potential offers.
• Prepare the property for open house events, ensuring it is clean, well-staged, and all marketing materials are prominently displayed.
• Showcase the property's features and benefits to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points.
• Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with information about the property and neighborhood.
• Answer questions and address concerns from potential buyers, promoting a positive and informative experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned
