About The Position

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as an Open Enrollment CSR. In this remote role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting customers via phone and online chat, helping them navigate accounts, resolve issues, and access important information.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Inbound call center or phone support experience
• Strong computer literacy and software navigation skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Office experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries
• Reset passwords and assist with account creation
• Upload documents and maintain customer records
• Help customers manage their accounts
• Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service while following company policies and procedures
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned
