About The Position

Westgate Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and motivated OPC Specialists (Sales & Marketing Representatives) to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll engage with vacationing guests, introduce them to the benefits of Westgate Resorts, and qualify families for our resort preview presentations. Through meaningful interactions and exceptional customer service, you'll help guests maximize their vacation experience while creating opportunities to increase your earnings. This role offers competitive earnings potential with hourly pay, uncapped commission opportunities, daily cash incentives, and weekly commission payouts. Successful team members often earn between $60,000 and $80,000+ annually, depending on performance and productivity. The position is located in high-traffic locations near Orlando's top resorts, hotels, theme parks, and attractions.

Requirements

An energetic, confident personality with a passion for building relationships and creating positive guest experiences.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, hospitality, and guest engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to confidently overcome objections and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous OPC, hospitality, tourism, retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Comprehensive training is provided for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

Engage guests in a professional and friendly manner to promote Westgate Resorts and invite qualified individuals to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.
Educate guests on available promotional offers and incentives, including attraction tickets, resort stays, and vacation packages.
Qualify prospective guests according to company guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.
Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while maintaining proper financial controls.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Westgate brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
Stay informed about current promotions, resort offerings, and attraction pricing to effectively communicate value to guests.
Participate in off-site marketing events, conventions, and other high-traffic venues as business needs require.
