Become a Key Player as an Onsite Workforce Manager You will lead day-to-day workforce delivery across two high-volume 3PL warehouse locations in the Los Angeles area, ensuring service quality, compliance, and strong client relationships. You will be the primary Bilingual English/Spanish onsite partner for client operations leaders and temporary associates, working fully onsite five days per week and traveling between sites as needed. Your impact will be measured through workforce KPIs, attendance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency with effective communication skills for both employees and client leadership.
• Previous experience in onsite staffing management, workforce management, account management, 3PL, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar high-volume workforce environments.
• Direct experience supporting and managing temporary or contingent workers.
• Hands-on experience conducting I-9 verification and familiarity with employment eligibility documentation.
• Experience managing attendance, employee relations, coaching, performance issues, and terminations.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across two locations and reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
• Comfortable spending significant time on a warehouse floor and adhering to safety, PPE, and client dress-code requirements.

• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting related to fill rate, retention, and workforce trends.
• Background in high-volume, fast-paced 3PL or distribution operations.
• Hands-on leadership style and comfort resolving issues quickly while maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client operations leaders and temporary associates across two Los Angeles-area locations.
• Own day-to-day contractor and client relationship management, including service delivery, communication, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent onsite visibility; regularly walk the warehouse floor to engage associates and identify workforce concerns.
• Conduct onboarding activities and perform physical, onsite I-9 employment eligibility verification prior to contractor start dates.
• Coordinate attendance, tardiness, call-offs, performance concerns, coaching, and associate-relations matters with stakeholders.
• Track attendance, call-offs, starts, turnover, retention, and other workforce trends; provide regular reporting and recommended actions.
• Document coaching, corrective actions, incidents, terminations, and follow-up activities as required.
• Participate in workforce planning and communicate anticipated demand to recruiting and internal staffing teams.
• Escalate safety concerns, workplace incidents, and compliance issues through appropriate channels.
