About The Position

Quality Sewing & Vacuum in Tukwila, WA is actively seeking a motivated full-time Onsite Repair Technician. This role involves the repair and installation of Longarm Quilting and Multi-needle embroidery machines in customers' homes. The company provides a mentor-led, hands-on training program, tools, parts, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have a good mechanical aptitude, experience repairing electromechanical devices, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Clean Driving Record
Prior experience performing maintenance on electromagnetic devices, such as appliances or copiers.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as service manuals, parts catalogs, circuit diagrams, and operating & maintenance instructions.
Digital electronic knowledge
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Willingness to learn and provide customers with a great experience.

Nice To Haves

Sewing machine repair experience is a huge plus.
Experience repairing electromechanical devices, like appliances, cars, and ATMs.
