About The Position

Quality Sewing & Vacuum in Tukwila, WA is actively seeking a motivated full-time Onsite Repair Technician. This role involves the repair and installation of Longarm Quilting and Multi-needle embroidery machines in customers' homes. While previous experience is a plus, the company offers a mentor-led, hands-on training program for individuals with good mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electromechanical devices. The technician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers can succeed with their creative ambitions.

Requirements

Clean Driving Record
Prior experience performing maintenance on electromagnetic devices, such as appliances or copiers.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as service manuals, parts catalogs, circuit diagrams, and operating & maintenance instructions
Digital electronic knowledge
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

Sewing machine repair experience is a huge plus.
Experience repairing electromechanical devices, like appliances, cars, and ATMs.
