The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities. Additionally, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a variety of onsite logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team. The key main stakeholders would be the Sr. Leadership Team (including C-suite, VPs, Directors).
