About The Position

The Onsite Project Administrator provides administrative and project support to the Project Manager, Superintendent, Area Manager, and field operations team on assigned construction projects. This position serves as the primary administrative resource at the jobsite, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination between the project site, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and the corporate office. The Onsite Project Administrator is responsible for maintaining project records, processing project documentation, assisting with financial tracking, coordinating meetings, and supporting daily field operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a full time position that will report to a project site location to perform job task. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
