The Onsite Audio Visual Maintenance Technician is a white‑glove, customer‑facing professional responsible for delivering exceptional, on‑premises AV support within a corporate suite environment. This role works in close partnership with the Customer, onsite management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to support AVI‑SPL customers at designated customer site(s). The primary objective is to ensure AV systems are reliable, maintained to the highest standards, and supported in a manner that delivers a world‑class customer service experience.
