This role is responsible for onsite delivery and governance, associate engagement, talent acquisition and labor leasing, business growth, and managing utilization, cost, and revenue. The Onshore Project Manager will act as the single point of contact for onsite operations, drive governance cadences, and coordinate with offshore teams. They will also be responsible for building a talent pipeline in the Québec region, fulfilling leased labor requirements, and supporting business growth through opportunity identification and proposal development. Financial management, including tracking cost and revenue, and ensuring compliance with customer processes are also key aspects of this role.
