About The Position

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor known for its exceptional service and world-class wine portfolio, is seeking an Online Retail Sales Specialist. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required; wine sales experience preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends for special events.
Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year for education and training.
Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively.
Must possess a current driver’s license.
Must maintain current auto insurance and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals within the assigned territory, including new placements, case, and revenue goals.
Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars, and special events.
Develop and maintain relationships with Regal Wine Company Management and supplier partners.
Prioritize and preplan daily for each account to maximize efficiency and territory growth.
Construct unique wine presentations that align with Regal Wine Company standards, programs, and initiatives.
Maintain territory and drive new online business partners.
Make sales calls utilizing wine knowledge, ROI, and margins.
Grow and foster professional relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
Manage accounts receivable.
Adapt to and respond to change quickly.
Communicate pertinent information between management, accounts, and the marketplace.
Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen, and sales skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager and Director of Specialty Retail.
