The Online Portal Billing Administrator is responsible for the integration, input, and maintenance of electronic billing of customer invoices submitted through various proprietary invoicing portals mandated by Holt’s customers. This role assists the Lead Billing Specialist in researching, investigating, following up on, and resolving issues related to rejected invoices submitted through various billing portals. A commitment to ongoing learning, implementation, and development of Values Based Leadership skill sets is expected. The incumbent will also assist the Lead Billing Specialist in the training and development of newer portal team employees. The incumbent is expected to model daily practices that include demonstrating alignment with the company’s mission and core business values, collaborating with key internal/external resources, and participating in ongoing self-development.
